I went with Tufteln 40M QRP EFHW kit, a set of links, plus spare 34' wire and a BNC to make a permanent 20M dipole for my attic.

Just need to choose a power source.

There is a Par Endfedz antenna that uses some trickery for the 30M. I don’t know how it works. They say you just need to add an SMA plug to convert it.
