Hi John, I got an Apache 550 case from Harbor Freight for I think $16. The Tr35 fits well in it, with the only problem being that when the lid is closed it depresses the Tune knob very slightly . Hi, I recently built a TR35 and have only used it in my shack so far. I do POTA activations, but it's been so hot down here I haven't taken it out so far, but an anxious to do so. I watched a Youtube video by John AE5X doing an activation with the TR35, and he had some small folding feet on the back...
