2023 Shortwave Station list PDF?

Travelling to France and India soon - India for a 3-day wedding. Bringing my CountyComm GP5 to listen, and looking for a current Shortwave station list. Anyone aware of a current listing online? Willing to pay a little, but really don't need a huge book. Thx.

I downloaded Gayle Van Horn's Global Radio Guide (kindle version) - should do the trick. Looks like a lot of info and listings by UTC...should work, with lots of other info to digest on the plane.
