RG316 recommendation

Post by N1HOB »

I’m looking to get a length of RG-316 (with BNC connectors installed), but I haven’t been able to find any recommendations on a good quality supplier. I want to get something decent, but for QRP I don’t need the highest quality. If anyone remembers the coax sold at Radio Shack decades ago, it was, well, not ‘high end.’ I want to avoid a 2024 equivalent. Looking for recommendations for a supplier, Amazon offering, etc. that people have tried and found to be good.

Thanks.

I use DX Engineering for pre-assembled stuff.
Good quality and fast shipping. Never a problem.

Thanks! I don't know why I didn't think of them.

Late on this one, I suggest looking at "Messi & Paoloni" products, and not just coax cables, but connectors too; I've used their products several times and never had to complain

my 2 cents
