Hello From NJ

Post by DW2ND »

Just stopping in to introduce myself
Brand new ham who got his license over 4 years ago and just starting to use it now. Actually haven't even used my HF rig yet. it's giving me tons of problems on the one band I can use ssb (10m) on but I'll figure it out eventually. I'm really looking forward to learning Morse. I'll probably start looking for someone local looking to do the same and practice live. Hands on is best for me

Welcome Doug! It is a great time for 10m, and CW is a blast! There are lots of folks here who can help with troubleshooting.

Doug,
POTA Is a great way to develop CW skills. The exchange is simple and there are a lot of stations to work - and they are very forgiving of newer/slower stations. Also, I need to work a park in NJ!
